COCOA CREPES

2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp baking cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Mix liquids first including melted butter or oil. Add eggs. Add flour last. Blend for 1 minute on high speed. Stop and scrap down sides. Blend smooth 30 seconds to 1 hour, let rest for 1 hour before making crepes. Use within 24 hours.
