ALFREDO WITH BABY BROCCOLI

8 oz uncooked pasta
8 oz broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup chopped onion or shallots
1 pkg alfredo sauce mix
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Cook pasta according to pkg directions, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain and keep warm.

Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in alfredo sauce mix blended with milk and cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon juice. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. In large serving bowl, toss sauce with hot pasta and broccoli. Serve, if desired, with lemon wedges and additional grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
