4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
12 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp brewed coffee and vanilla extract
1/2 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
16 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheet. Combine chocolates and butter in a double and stir until completely melted, continue to cook, adding eggs, sugar, coffee and vanilla. Mix well until smooth. Remove from heat. Sift together dry ingredients and gradually fold into wet mixture. Fold in chips and nuts. Drop large spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until dough is firm to the touch. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on racks.
