CHOCOLATE MELTING MOMENTS

1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups cake flour

Mocha Filling
1 tbsp butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp hot coffee or water

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookies sheets or line with parchment paper. Beat first 3 ingredients until fluffy. Blend in flour until smooth. Shape dough into marble-size balls. (If dough is too soft to handle, cover and refrigerate until firm.)

Place 2 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets. Press center of each ball with knuckle of finger to make indentation. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks.

Prepare filling by melting butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat; stir until melted. Blend in remaining ingredients to make a smooth filling. While cookies are still warm, spoon about 1/2 tsp filling to center of each cookie.
