CHOCOLATE COOKIES II

4 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt and baking soda
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
4 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans

Sift together dry ingredients; set aside. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and yolks until incorporated. Add extract then dry ingredients. Mix only until combined. Fold in chips and nuts. Using an ice cream scoop, make scoops of dough. Bake at 350 until set, about 10 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Store in airtight containers or freeze.
