1 (6 oz) pkg strawberry jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, thawed, undrained
1 (13 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add fruit and juice from both. Pour 1/2 of the jello mixture into mold and refrigerate until set. Beat cream cheese and sour cream and spread mixture on top of molded jello after it is set. Pour remaining jello mixture on top of cream cheese and refrigerate until completely set.
