CHICKEN PIZZA SANTA FE STYLE

1 12-inch prepared pizza crust
1/2 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)*
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, cut into thin strips
1 (10oz) package Fully Cooked Carved Chicken Breast, Southwestern style
2 cups grated Pepper Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread guacamole evenly over crust. Top with peppers, chicken and cheese. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble and brown slightly.

*Homemade Guacamole
1 avocado
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Peel and pit avocado and mash the meat with 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice. Serves 4
