LEMON SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE WITH LEMON GLAZE

1 yellow cake mix
1 (2.9 oz) pkg lemon pudding (not instant)
8 oz sour cream
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Lemon zest, optional
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp water
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Beat cake ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes until toothpick inserted near center skewer. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan to rack.
Poke cake all over with a skewer and spoon glaze over warm cake. Dust cooled cake with additional powdered sugar if desired.
Glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth.
