CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA

1 favorite pizza crust
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope dried Italian Dressing mix
1/2 to 3/4 cup jar alfredo sauce
1 red onion, halved and sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped
Olive oil, for saute
1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup Italian blend shredded cheese, divided
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with 1/4 to 1/2 of the dressing mix. Let it marinate at least 1 hour and dice.
Prepare your favorite pizza crust. Preheat oven to 400. Spread the alfredo sauce over the crust, sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese and 1/2 of the Italian cheese blend. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a saute pan and saute the diced chicken and vegetables, stirring often, until vegetables are tender. Spread chicken mixture over the crust and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake the pizza 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is brown. Note: Used Garlic Herb Frozen Chicken Breasts, thawed and diced
