3 lb pork bone-in country-style ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp sesame oil, optional
Place ribs in a 3 1/2-4 quart crock pot. Cover with onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs and onions. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until ribs are tender. Remove ribs from cooker; keep warm. Skim fat from surface of juices in cooker. Serve sauce with ribs. Serves 4
