1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup celery salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp finely minced lemon zest
Combine ingredients. Rub into chicken, turkey, cornish game hens.
