APPLE GLAZED ROAST PORK (Crock Pot)

4 lb pork loin roast
6 apples, cored and quartered
1/4 cup apple juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger

Rub roast with salt and pepper; brown on all sides. Place apples in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over top of roast. Cover and cook 10-12 hours, or until done.
