2 cups shredded Mexican blend or taco cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing, more if needed
Tortilla chips for dipping
Combine ingredients and add more dressing if needed. Serve with chips.
