1/4 cup paprika
1 tsbp. brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Combine in a bowl or shake together in a jar. Apply liberally to chicken pieces or whole chicken.
