SPICY CUMIN RIB RUB

3 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp dried thyme or oregano
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup kosher salt

Mix. Rub into ribs, marinate, and cook as desired.
