BROWN SUGAR AND SPICE RIB RUB

2 cup light or dark brown sugar
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup lemon pepper
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil

Combine ingredients. Rub into both sides of ribs.
