3/4 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
1 zucchini and yellow squash, sliced
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/4 shallots, chopped
1 tbsp basil, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup olive oil

Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots and cook for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook approximately 10 minutes or until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
