4 tbsp oil
1 (14 1/2 oz) can beef broth
4 lb beef stew meat
1 (4 oz) can green chilies
1 (12 oz) can vegetable juice
3 minced cloves garlic
Shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat in oil; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer over low heat 2-3 hours. Shred meat with fork, drain excess liquid. Serves 6
