1 (1 lb) pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter, melted
Juice of one lemon, 3-4 tbsp
4-8 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 (10 oz) loaf frozen garlic bread
4 tbsp blue cheese dressing

Combine butter, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and marinate at least 1 hour. Broil, brushing generously with hot pepper mixture, 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Meanwhile warm bread following package direction. Cut into fourths and place chicken on bottom layer of bread. Top with 1 tbsp dressing and remaining bread.

NOTE: Garnish with tomatoes and lettuce.
