LEMON BARS - Easy

1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-2 tbsp confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Press cookie dough evenly in bottom of an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine next 4 ingredients and blend well. Stir in lemon juice. Pour mixture over warm crust. Bake an additional 20-30 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Cool completely and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cut into bars.
