1 chicken, cut-up
1 can cream of soup
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place ingredients in crock pot and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Before serving, add in:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can drained mushrooms
Stir and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
