1 lb lean ground beef
2 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp olive and red wine
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp dry mustard and sour cream

Preheat oven to 375. Brown bee f in a skillet, breaking up to crumble. Remove beef from skillet. Drain drippings from skillet. Add olive oil to skillet and saute mushrooms and onions. Add wine, thyme and dry mustard; simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Add cooked beef and stir in sour cream.

On a lightly greased baking pan, unwrap rolls. Add approximately 2 tbsp filling to the widest end of dough. Roll into a crescent. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Serves 8
