SWEET AND SOUR RIBS - Crock Pot

Category: Ribs

3 to 4 lb boneless country style ribs
1 can pineapple tidbits, undrained (20 oz.)
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. tomato paste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Place ribs in an ungreased crock pot. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken the sauce if desired.
