BEEF TIPS OVER NOODLES - Crock pot - Easy

1 lb stew meat
1 lb roughly chopped mushrooms
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 can beefy mushroom soup
2 cups water, divided (I use 1 cup red wine and 1 cup water)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup flour
Salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Place meat and vegetables in crock pot. Add soup, 1 cup water and garlic. Cook on HIGH for 3-5 hours. Add flour to 1 cup cold water and blend with a whisk. Add to crock pot and stir. Let simmer at least 15 minutes or until thickened. Add seasonings, to taste. Serve over cooked egg noodles
NOTE: Sometimes I fold in little sour cream for a stroganoff flavor.
