CHEESY FIESTA MACARONI CASSEROLE- Crock pot - Easy

16 oz macaroni, cooked al dente, drained
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup Velveeta, cubed
2 cups chunky salsa
15 oz can chili beans
1 cup shredded Pepper jack or Monterrey jack cheese

Combine all ingredients except shredded cheese and place in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add shredded cheese and continue to cook, covered, until cheese melts.
