CITRUS SIMMERED ROUND STEAK - Crock pot - Easy

2 lbs round steak
1/2 cup drained mushrooms and stems
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp each soy sauce and lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch

Cut round steak into serving pieces and place in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cook, covered, on HIGH for 3 1/3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
