3-5 lb chuck roast
2 medium onion, cut into rings
2 green or red bell pepper, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can tomatoes with chilies or salsa

Cook on LOW in crock pot 6-8 hours or until meat is tender and easily shreds. Roll in tortillas with choice of condiments.
