BARBECUED BEEF ON BUNS

1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup ketchup and water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery and onion
2 tbsp cider vinegar and prepared mustard
1 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Hamburger buns

Brown ground beef in butter. Cook, breaking up the meat until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until onions are tender. Serve on rolls. Serves 4
