BAKED STUFFED BURGERS

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together and shape into 4-6 balls. Press into center, a few slivers of onion and a 1 inch chunk of favorite cheese. Seal well so the cheese does not melt out. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
