2 cups frozen asparagus pieces or about 1/2 lb fresh
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup or more bottled Italian salad dressing
Cook asparagus until just tender. Drain and combine with remaining ingredients, stirring gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir again just before serving. Serves 6
