MEMPHIS BARBEQUE PORK RIB AND CHICKEN RUB

1/4 cup paprika
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix with a fork. Store until needed. Keeps in a cool, dry place for six months.
