FISH FILETS IN WINE SAUCE

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup dry white wine
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and Old Bay seasoning mix
1 lb fish fillets (I use flounder)
Grated parmesan cheese
Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and stir until smooth. Add soup and wine, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cheese and seasonings. Arrange fish in a 13x9 inch baking pan and pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375, for 30 minutes. Serves 4
