PORK AND BEANS - Crock Pot

4 pork chops
4 tsp oil
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 cup canned kidney and lima beans

Brown chops on both sides in the oil in a fry pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the crock pot. Saute the garlic and onions in the pan until onions are transparent. Place over chops.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chili sauce, scraping the bottom of the pan. Add the brown sugar and mustard; mix well. Pour over the meat. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Add the beans. Mix well, cook for another 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4
