CHOCOLATE-STRAWBERRY TRIFLE WITH CHOCOLATE MINT SAUCE

3 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping, thawed
1/2 of a (10 inch) angel food cake

Chocolate Mint Sauce
3/4 cup milk
1 (10 oz) pkg mint chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme

Combine berries, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Stir well and set aside. Fold together sour cream and whipped topping. Tear angel food cake into 1 inch pieces. Place 1/2 of cake in bottom of a large glass bowl; top with 1/2 chocolate sauce, 1/2 berry and 1/2 sour cream mixture. Repeat procedure again, ending with sour cream mixture on top. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.

Chocolate Mint Sauce: Heat milk in a saucepan and stir in chocolate morsels and marshmallow creme. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts.
