CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE BARS

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350.

Met chocolate chips in butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Combine with graham crackers and nuts. Press mixture into ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add sugar, cocoa, flour and vanilla, mixing well. Spread over baked crust. Bake for 30 minutes and cool on wire rack to room temperature.

Combine remaining butter and cream cheese. Beat until well blended. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread over filling. Cut into bars. Keep refrigerated.
