BARBECUED SHRIMP I

1 lb unsalted butter
48 large shrimp, deveined and peeled with tail on
6 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped garlic and fresh rosemary
2 whole lemons
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 oz beer or 1/4 cup dry vermouth
2 tbsp chopped parsley and green onions
In a skillet, melt 1/4th lb butter and 1 tsp pepper and cook for 10 seconds. Add shrimp, toss and cook for 1 minute. Add garlic and rosemary; toss and cook for 1 minute. Add Worcestershire sauce and squeeze lemon; cook for 1 minute. Add beer and toss, cooking until beer boils. Add remaining butter and parsley and green onions until butter emulsifies. Serves 4
