BARBECUE SHRIMP OVEN-STYLE

3 lbs jumbo shrimp shelled, peeled, deveined and cleaned
2 slices bacon, sauteed and crumbled
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Dijon mustard, chopped onion and crab boil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt, basil and thyme
1/2 tsp oregano and cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash hot pepper sauce
Lemon wedges

Mix together and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedge and on steamed rice. VARIATION: Stove-top: Saute garlic in butter for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and remaining ingredients. Cook until shrimp are pink.
