BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP IV

12 jumbo Shrimp, butterflied
2 oz Chablis wine
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp Scallops, chopped
2 cups cracker meal
2 tbsp potato chips, crushed
2 tbsp butter, melted

Stuff butterflied shrimp with mixture. Place in a pan with a little water (this prevents the Shrimp from drying). Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
