MUSHROOM AND ONION BURGERS

1 1/4 lb ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
4 oz chopped portabella mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup water and steak sauce
4 hamburger buns

Combine first 4 ingredients and shape into 4 burgers. Cook on a hot griddle or grill.

Meanwhile, saute mushrooms and onion in olive oil in a large saucepan for 3-4 minutes. Add water and cover with lid. Simmer another 3-4 minutes. Remove lid and add steak sauce. Serve burger on bun with topping. Serves 4
