10 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup ham (diced)
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers (sliced)
2 green onions (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything in a bowl. Pour into an 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375F oven until the eggs are firmly set and golden brown on top, about 25-35 minutes. Serves 6
