BAKED SHRIMP SCAMPI

1 1/2 lb jumbo bay shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt, black and red pepper, to taste
3 large clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup parsley and seasoned bread crumbs
8 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup white wine
Dash hot pepper sauce
Cook linguine, about 3/4 lb
1/4 cup Italian grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Pour oil evenly over shrimp. Sprinkle with seasonings and bread crumbs. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.

Pour butter, wine and hot sauce over shrimp. Bake, uncovered, for about 5 minutes or until done. Do not overcook or shrimp will become tough. Serve over linguine sprinkled with cheese.
