MUSHROOM CHEESE BURGER

3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onion and sliced fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb ground round
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded swiss and cheddar cheese blend
2 tbsp milk
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, mustard and ketchup

Melt butter in skillet and add next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until tender.

Combine onion mixture, ground round and next 4 ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Place patties in a hot skillet and cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Serve on rolls with desired toppings. Serves 6
