HEARTY MEATLOAF

3 slices bread, torn into pieces
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper, ground sage, celery salt and garlic salt
1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 slices bacon
3 tbsp ketchup

Preheat oven to 350. Beat together bread and milk with a fork. Stir in next 9 ingredients. Add meat and mix lightly. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Wrap with bacon and spread with ketchup. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
