JACKs BURGERS

Category: Burgers

4 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms (chopped fine)
1 large onion (chopped fine)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Form into hamburger patties. Grill until done.
