QUICK FIX HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

2 lbs uncooked ground beef
4 lbs potatoes, peeled and slices 1/4 inch thick
1 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and garlic powder
1 beef bouillon
1 cup hot water
1 (28 oz) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up

In a Dutch oven, layer half meat, potatoes and onion. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Repeat layers. Dissolve bouillon in water and pour over all. Top with tomatoes. Cover and cook over medium heat for 40-45 minutes. Serves 10
