BAKED SHRIMP AND CRAB

1 lb lump crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 lb medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup chopped green pepper. green onions and celery
4 tbsp lemon juice
Buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and place in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with buttered breadcrumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly hot.

NOTE: Can be made and refrigerated ahead and baked at the last minute.
