SAUERKRAUT WITH SMOKED SAUSAGE

1/4 cup onions, sliced thin
2 slices bacon, diced
3 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 cup chicken broth
2 lb small new potatoes
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch lengths

Mix first 3 ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Cover with broth. Add potatoes and sausage. Cover and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
