2 lbs medium or large shrimp
8 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tsp Cajun seasoning
Melt butter in a medium pan. Place Shrimp in a baking dish, pour melted butter over, and stir to coat. Arrange Shrimp in the baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Bake in 400 for 20 minutes, or until done. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4
