PORK TENDERLOIN WITH SWEET AND TANGY SAUCE

1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 lb pork tenderloin

Preheat grill to medium. In a small saucepan stir together ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and dry mustard; bring to a boil. Set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce in the refrigerator.

Arrange grill for in direct cooking. Cook tenderloin, covered, 20 minutes; brush with sauce. Grill 15-20 minutes more or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Slice and serve with reserved sauce. Serves 4.
