PORK TENDERLOIN WITH BOURBON SAUCE

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1/2 cup bourbon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp honey and Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lb pork tenderloin
Combine ingredients in a resealable bag and add pork tender. Seal bag and turn several times to coat the meat. Place in the refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat broiler. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Place meat on a broiler pan, broil 7-8 inch from heat source for approximately 7-9 minutes on each side. Let rest about 5 minutes before cutting in 1/2 - 3/4 inch slices to serve. In a small saucepan, bring remainder of marinade to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Serve sauce with meat. Serves 6-8
